Best train to travel - including meal service and drinks ! Clean - on time and comfortable ! Very good organized and even for non-russian speaking passengers a pleasure. Staff was very friendly and one spoke very good English - so no obstacles in communicating.

Excellent Service! What an improvement from the Soviet Style Elektrichkas. Compfortable seats, loo, coffee and quicker too. Highly recommend. The directions at the Kurskiy Station could be a bit better but the Enquiry counter were helpful anyway. Big Step forward Russia! The station announcements in English seemed a bit odd but helpful for non-Speakers.
