The trains on all our trips between Moscow and St Petersburg and also between Moscow and Volgograd were very comfortable and clean and the food and drinks good. The staff on the platforms and on board were all very friendly and helpful. All the trains departed and arrived on time which was great. I would definitely recommend Russian Train to anyone planning to travel by train in Russia.
