The personnel was excellent. We really enjoyed our trip. However, one thing did bother us: heating did not work properly. It was on all the time and therefore it was absolutely too hot. We got help from the personnel and could open the window in our compartment. The personnel was present all the time, they kept the places clean and the porridge in the restaurant was delicious.
