I was fortunate in my web searches for Russian train tickets to end up in the care of Russiantrain.com. Andrei's responses to my emails were always prompt and courteous, and when we arrived at a situation where tickets had to be cancelled and re-issued for a different destination, the changes were handled by Andrei very efficiently and he and Russiantrain treated me very fairly.
